Using Trello
The Jazz Core Team manage the deliverables through sprints and we used Trello for managing this.
How it is organized
We have basically 9 boards, one for each product:
Each board has a number of lists:
- Backlog
- Sprint - Current
- Sprint - Testing
- Sprint xxx - Completed (these will be created accordingly to the sprints being completed)
How to use this
- Select the board
- Select the task you want to start working on
- Move the task to the Sprint - Current list
- Once development is done, move the task to the Sprint - Testing
- Once testing is done, move the task to the Sprint xxx - Completed
How to request access
If you want to be a contributor on Jazz Core Team, send a mail to us. We will provide you access to the boards.
