Using Trello

The Jazz Core Team manage the deliverables through sprints and we used Trello for managing this.

How it is organized

We have basically 9 boards, one for each product:

Each board has a number of lists:

• Backlog
• Sprint - Current
• Sprint - Testing
• Sprint xxx - Completed (these will be created accordingly to the sprints being completed)

How to use this

• Select the board
• Select the task you want to start working on
• Move the task to the Sprint - Current list
• Once development is done, move the task to the Sprint - Testing
• Once testing is done, move the task to the Sprint xxx - Completed

How to request access

If you want to be a contributor on Jazz Core Team, send a mail to us. We will provide you access to the boards.
